    Question about rear brakes

My parking/e-brake doesnt work at all. I looked at one of the rotors and pads, they seem ok, but i dont know if they are. Do the brakes just need adjusting or what? Where is the adjuster located? Any info would help.

    Re: Question about rear brakes

You need to take the rotor off and look at the shoes inside. Mine, for example, are completely gone and need replacing.

    Re: Question about rear brakes

The rear brakes are a disc/drum combo. The disc calipers handle the main braking but inside the disc hat is a pair of brake shoes working as the parking brake.

There is a How2 on the OOF site. There used to be pictures but the links are broken.
