    GM 3.0 (L81) V6 in a Lotus Exige

Under all that tubing, hose, and aluminum/composite monocoque sits our engine hooked to a Hewland transaxle. Think we can slip that team under a Catera? (kidding)

    Swindon Racing Engines
Power is provided by a 400 hp Swindon Racing Engines tuned GM 3 litre V6 racing engine linked to a Hewland sequential six-speed gearbox, with AP-Racing providing the braking system.

Wow thats impressive... 8 grand RPM range on the engine too!

Dry sump... F1 trumpet carbonfiber intake manifold... built up internals, yet they keep the stock square bore/stroke. Must have custom ground cams..

I wonder what that beast sounds and drives like...

Not only that. They kept the damned oil/coolant heat exchanger. It must be a custom job made of adamantium to deal with the heat that engine must generate and still not leak. Wonder if they'd sell me one?
