This is the item number:190209546966. You will have to get the correct bracket to mount it but you should be able to find it on eBay as well.

Ok. I found this one too: 180228259469. I noticed the part numbers and model numbers are different. This one says it works in a Catera. Not sure if it is or not

The one I have is CDX-M 2116. It is made by Pioneer for Delco.That one you are talking about seems very high. I have had this one in more than one vehicle with no problems.

I noticed it's pretty pricey, guess he thinks it's worth more coming out of a Corvette. lol

The Delco unit is identical, regardless of which car they use - Cavortte or Catera. The last one on eBay was priced at $65. That seems reasonable since the Crutchfield unit (don't know if it's Delco, Sony, or other) is $243 with a one-year warranty.

So I'm trying to understand these posts. Am I to understand that any Delco unit will work in a Cat? It will match the plug in the trunk, will play MP3's and work with the steering wheel controls? Please help me understand.

I hope you are correct. Externally, the Delco units appear to be the same, and were made by Pioneer. If the electronic plugs are the same, they should work. The best thing are the prices - which I have seen starting just above $60, although there is one made of gold with an asking price of $240.

There MUST someone on this fora that knows the answer? Please?
