    EBTCM Question

I see many posts about the EBTCM intermittently acting up. Mine started doing the same thing (ABS&TC lights and no speedo) It would give me the problem for about 10 minutes and go away for awhile. I got my code reader today and read U2108 and P1700. Seems to be typical for this problem. Not being totally convinced that the EBTCM is bad, I removed the fuse panel cover in the inside and noticed that many fuses were not completely seated. I noticed the same thing on the fuse block in the engine compartment. After pushing in all the fuses, what was an intermittent problem is now a solid problem. I noticed a tcm fuse on the inside. Is there a large fuse that goes to it also? Sorry for the long post.

    Re: EBTCM Question

if you are considering replacing the EBTCM Module, i had mine re-done by module masters, Moscow Idaho, it was the best suggestion i found on this forum. Great company, fast service, inexpensive (considering other Catera repairs) and not a single problem since.
