Does the secondary air pump always turn on when the car is turned on? I have been trying to clear a check engine light for a while. I took it to Auto Zone and i was told it was a P0411 code. I check it all out, valve and hoses and everything checked out. The only thing i could notice is that the pump does not turn on. I was told it should turn on every time but just want to verify before i spend the money. Does anyone know of a good part store?(not dealer prices) Thanks for your help.
