"They won't bolt on directly. While the spacing on the bolts is close, the C5 bolts are 14mm, while the f-body bolts are only 12mm. It *MIGHT* be possible to drill the holes out, but that is NOT recommended. Also, the C5 pistons are SMALLER than f-body pistons. F-body caliper pistons are 44 mm, where as the C5 piston size is only 40.5mmm. Because the C5 rotor is 13" (the f-body rotors are 12") the caliper has more leverage and thus doesn't need pistons are large.
What you can do is convert to C5 front brakes (C5 calipers, rotors, pad bracket, and pads). You need a bracket to bolt the C5 pad bracket onto to. I recommend these:
