1997 Catera Insturment cluster lights

I recently changed out one (1) busted bulb in my instrument cluster in my catera. Prior to changing it everything works, now the backlight in my instrument panel doesn't light up when I turn on the headlamps. Can someone help? Thanks!

take the insturment panel back off and make sure all the bulbs are alright. make sure the harness is making good contact when you reasemble
