Impressive acceleration, nice top speed, seems stable at speed. The only troubling portion that I see is the front grill. Proportions seem good, just can't get past the grill. Maybe with time it will grow on me. One things for sure, modding it would be fun!!

Cadillac Europe called me last week for a review. One thing I mentioned was that they should add a little more extra detail on the 2.8, like the new CTS Sport Luxury has different grill. And maybe spoilers...

250 Km/h is about 155 Mph. 260 is about 160 Mph...

Yeah, it feels pretty stable at high speed. I would add a rear spoiler though for better braking handling at those speeds... The rear seems to sway more then than the CTS.

I'm definatley impressed by this! The sad thing is I doubt it would sell well in the US.

You got those small chevies too right? And chrysler neon and those japanese... why would the size not sell in the US? Don't look at yourself perse, because you drive a bigger Cadillac. I wouldn't want to trade my CTS for a BLS either. But there's enough people who would be interested in a smaller size Cadillac. It would probably be people who never owned a Cadillac anyway...

you know i think that car would sell good over here. i wonder why they dont sell it here? its a nice looking car with obviously good performance. but if it is for our friends over the pond why is it LHD?

They sell RHD in the UK...

Since the UK is an island, the managed to keep driving on the left side of the road since the middle ages. Knights on horses would pass eachother with the obvious right hand side to the opponent, so you could more easily use your weapon (sword/lance) when necessary.

The rest of Europe drives, just like in the US, on the right side of the road.

As far as I know, they drive on the left side of the road in: UK, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, India and South Africa. I have no idea for the reason they do it in Indonesia and Japan, but the rest is obvious because they were / are colonies of the UK.

Since I have to wait for my 06 CTS to be registered under my old lisence plates, I am driving the same BLS this week.
