They sell RHD in the UK...

Since the UK is an island, the managed to keep driving on the left side of the road since the middle ages. Knights on horses would pass eachother with the obvious right hand side to the opponent, so you could more easily use your weapon (sword/lance) when necessary.
The rest of Europe drives, just like in the US, on the right side of the road.
As far as I know, they drive on the left side of the road in: UK, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, India and South Africa. I have no idea for the reason they do it in Indonesia and Japan, but the rest is obvious because they were / are colonies of the UK.
