    Headlight Levelling Malfunction

When turning the ignition to position 2, I get the following message - "Headlight Levelling Malfunction". It's been to a dealership (non GM), and they battled with it for hours, but cannot fix it. I live in South Africa, and the closest GM dealership is very far away. Can anyone perhaps give me some advise on how this can be rectified?

sounds like the motor has gone, is there a local Saab dealer near you - I'd get them to check it out for you

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you have a problem, mine too has xenon headlights but I don't have a clue how you can rectify the situation without venturing to your nearest GM dealer offering Cadillac support, especially as you have tried so hard already to rectify the issue.

I suspect you know this info anyway. It might be worth giving one of them a call anyway just to see what they say?

S70RMP may well be right about the motor and your local SAAB dealer, but you may well still need Tech II software support to help resolve the situation.

I spend a lot of time in SA and it is nice to see the BLS there whenever I visit.

    Hope this helps.
