2003 Deville aftermarket dvd player and subs

I'm currently in the process of putting a Jenson 7" flip out with 2 headrest TVs, and a sub and amp package..
I've been searching endlessly for some sort of easy way to do this and anyone who has done it, haven't shared all the steps it takes to either bypass factory amp or intergrade it all together. First off let me start by saying I love Cadillacs by I am by far a noob to all of this. I have bought a bunch of different adapters and none work...I was told by an audio place that my car doesn't have the amp...when in fact they all do...I have a base model non Bose system and yes it is there, I tried the bypass harness and guess what didn't work...so I started researching and watching and reading and yet it seems like my caddy must be one of a kind...nobody has the right wiring colors...everywhere gives me 30 different schemes and not one the same as mine. I have been in my garage with my caddy torn up for a few days now, and voilà! I've had a break through...
First I tried everything everyone else has and suggested and for me no good. I get new radio to come on holding power switch and constant together but yet no sound...and stays on after the car is off...finally tonight I have figured out a way to make my own harness and keep the factory chimes and sub and tweeters and possibly OnStar not sure of steering wheel controls yet as it is 11pm and my wife has been angry...no word of a lie I've been out here for like 4 days straight....I'll have more tomorrow when I fully figure it all out...but if anyone is searching atleast here is a little bit of hope for y'all....like I said I'll have more tomorrow and also try and get pictures for you all...
Any input from you more knowledgeable or anyone who has accomplished it without the actual harness please fill me in...but I don't need the negativity from you stock believers...to each there own... lol

    Stay tuned more coming

So far this morning, I have tested each speaker and tweeters. I have identified which are which. Also tooke the long ass metra bypass amp plug and cut it and made my own custom harness. And also have run a new ground and new 12v constant and a new ignition wire...more to come in a little while...w
