Just bought my 2002 STS and wondering the following:
a) XM was an option I believe and would like to install it in my mine. I would like to know if the wiring harness has the correct connectors already in the wiring harness at the correct places? Was going to purchase an XM module and antenna off of a 2002 wrecked STS and have it installed.
b) Do I need a specific radio or will the one in the car support XM if I can install the XM modulator and antenna?
My radio has the following FM - FM2 - AM -Weather.
Thank you all for any help.

Re: Audio question
The radio will display one extra option when it recognizes the module on the bus.
If your RDS logo is white then the HU supports the XM module, also the car is wired for the module.
