What make, model, year, head unit series - car in or out of warranty ??? Is it even a Cadillac ??? Your profile has no information about anything.

Doctor it hurts.
I don't know but it hurts.
So what kind of vehicle, what kind of sound system, what CD, the one in dash or the CD Changer.
Does it power up, is the radio/tape working?
Is there any message?
In what sense is not working, is not accepting disks in, it has a disk stuck in, it never reads a disk, or all of the disks…
You need to provide WAY, WAY more information than something in the car is not working.
