Cadillac Deville 2000 Factory Amp Bypass (Bose)
I just have a quick question on if this will work, as how I'm thinking it will work.
Can I use this wiring harness http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=cadillac+deville+amp+bypass+harness&hl=e n&client=firefox-a&hs=pxu&rls=org.mozilla:en-USfficial&prmd=imvns&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&b iw=1440&bih=770&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=10649128575442538781&sa=X&ei=piDTTq 6XK4e4twe4k5mvDQ&ved=0CFUQ8wIwAA#scoring=tp to run from the speaker side of the amp (if that doesnt make sense then I can try to re-iterate) all the way to my aftermarket head unit? I would like just to use my factory head unit's amplifier instead of the bose one for various reasons. (The problem I'm having is that the factory bose amp is amplifying the built in amplifier on my after market head unit causing it to distort at a relatively low volume, in term, not allowing me to get the best voltage out of the pre-outs for my sub.. If anyone has a better solution please feel free to share)
