Exclamation Re: 02 escalade w/eclipse avn2454,speed sensor ,question!

have a question for you, I have an 02 Escalade as well but how did you fit the double din radio into the 1.3 din spot, did you buy a new bezel (if so where did you purchase it) or did you shave out the surrounding area?

this question is for everyone to answer if you have done this, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 02 escalade w/eclipse avn2454,speed sensor ,question!

Nah, in a 02 escalade the wire is already there. The old Delco radios had VSS inputs for the SCV.

The VSS wire is in the factory harness. Connector C2 pin 16. It's the dark green / White wire.

Re: 02 escalade w/eclipse avn2454,speed sensor ,question!

cliff has it correct

answer to ladeout
you must buy and upgrade to an 03+ dash bezel
from there its a simple install so long as you buy the correct harness for your application

Ok I am not sure which harness you are talking about - the Radio Harness? There are two so which is C2?
