Anti Theft Car Will NoT restart

I have 96 concours just installed an alternator and tried to start my car but couldnt. The dash reads anti theft car may not restart. I was wondering if anybody could help me out. I get nothing by reading these threads, i do not have a spare key and also did check my key which was fine. I was trying to pull out the alarm system but culdnt find the module. can anyone help me or let me know were the alarm module is.

More than likely you may have an ignition lock cylinder that is bad. There are 2 wires on it that break because they are so thin. Try tilting the column up and down to try to get it to start. Where are you located?
