Adding factory NAV head to 04 DTS
Pardon me if this has already been discussed, but I'm curious if one can just unplug the factory BOSE AM/FM/CD/Cassette unit from an 04 DTS and plug in a NAV head unit from an 02-05 Cadillac Deville and have it work that easily (with the theft code reprogrammed, of course)? I know I would need to buy and run the GPS antenna to the rear of the head unit, but I'm thinking that these models were self-contained and if the connectors are the same between NAV and non-NAV cars I should be in business. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!! Doug
