Good point, my bad.
The dash portion below the glovebox came out with a quick pull - a little scary, but turned out fine. I was even able to fix the common "hanging lip" problem below the glovebox when I put it back in place... I had no idea that the glovebox was supposed to glide open like that
Also, the CD Changer's dongle was tied up and "hidden" behind a metal plate behind the glovebox, but the metallic clip that holds it out of the way is visible when the box is removed though.
iPod interface worked great as far as the iPod charging, CD Changer spoofing, and track skipping functionality from the steering wheel goes, though there was some terrible iPhone-type distortion in the music. Working with Peripheral Electronics (they have a responsive customer service dept.) on the issue now, though did find out that pins 3 and 8 are the correct ones to set for the Deville on the PXDP unit, while setting pin 6 will provide additional gain.
FYI
