Radio, windows, trunk, and fuel door

Hello, i'm new to this and have a question that maybe someone can help with. I have a 97 Sedan Deville. i installed a new radio in my car. i touched some thing and the radio went off for a sec and then came back on. when i went to get into my trunk i could not open the trunk or fuel door wiith my remote or with buttons inside the car. thought i poped a fuse, went to auto zone and noticed none of my windows would not roll down either. i checked all the fuses and the intermediate power relay and all are fine. i checked the valet swirtch also and it's in the correct position. could i have set off some kind of security feature? Someone please help me.

1 its a fuse in the trunk behind the mat mounted on the rear seat
2 get tied on your aftermarket radio is gonna cause you major headache
devilles are notorious for issues with aftermarkets even with the correct gmrc-03 interface
