    CD player in old Calais

    does anyone know of a cd player that i can put into the dash of my 69 calais without cutting the dash or am i going to have to cut anyway??

    put in another one in the glove box or a fm modulated disc changer...

    i was thinking about that but it is an am radio and it doesn't work and i wanted to keep my glove box for other junk

    nope
    cant do it in the dash less you cut it
    anything with knobs doesnt have the gap wide enough for a cd slot

    Crap. cut the dash or not to cut the dash???? well it has 69,000 miles on it. kinda rusty, i'm 17 and have no radio. what to do??? what would a good after market radio be for it. i would like some subs in the trunk possibly and four in the cab. any suggestions???

    if your going that far beyond stock your better off cutting the dash as youll need a good hu with several preouts to give a good signal to run subs in a trunk and 4 subs in a cab

    i ment to say some subs in the trunk and 4 regular speakers in the cab. but how much are those hu with the flip up screen and would i have enough room??? also who makes them and how much are they?

    a cheap flip can be had for around 400-500 but those are usually crappy and i wouldnt recommend them, stick to a pioneer or alpine unit.
