Professional Stereo install in Texas for 98 Seville??

Guys, Im looking for someone / someplace that has experience installing aftermarket systems in cadillacs...Im looking to switch out the bose system in my 1998 seville sts with the following items:

alpine media center with indash 7" flip out lcd screen

500x2 rockford phosgate amp

2x12" eclipse subs in an enclosed box

lightening cap / capacitor

also, i have another phosgate amp 100x4 and was wondering if it would be better to use this to power the stock speakers in the cabin as opposed to the stock amp....any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks
