How to Install Amp and Sub to a stock system in 99 Deville

Hey, I have a 1999 Deville "vintage edition", it has a 12 disc CD changer, tape deck and am/fm radio. i wanted to know how i would go about installing a small amp and sub to the stock system. If anyone could help me out with this I'd appreciate it.

whats your budget? How many subs do you want to do? Do you want mind blowing bass or just something better than stock? are you willing to give up some space in the trunk?

just a few questions you should answer before we can move on.

im looking to do the same ...i got a 98' deville with the delco tape and 12 cd changer in the trunk.....i have one of those PAC line converters...and i have a 400watt amp with a 12" sub...nothing dramatic...just want a little more thump...but where exactly should the line converter be mounted?...behind the head unit?? theres not much space....anyway it looks a little complicated to install this line converter and i dont know the performance of it....so i might wait a while....and try get a clean sweep and have someone install it.
