GM 7 speed DCT reported that GM applied for a patent on a 7 speed dual clutch tranny. They think it will go first into the new Z06 replacement, then find it's way into the rest of the Corvette lineup and CTS-V. Hope that it makes it into the ATS-V. I can't shift as fast as one of these dct's and would love to try one out.

This website says that C7 Corvette is first in line or it may get the 8 speed auto.
