I received an invite to the M3/4 manufacturer closed room site. Looking forward to what exactly BMW will do with these two models. Hopefully Cadillac will counter with something better.
No! Not white diamond. That's played out. I want pure, straight white...
White does the best job of accentuating body lines...it's a cruel irony that there's such great and unique bodywork to these cars and it's not available.
Pure white with a Morello Red interior!
White is absolutely the best color for showing all the damage driving does to it.
I think black is much worse showing wear and tear.
Black is the absolute best color if you enjoy hand polishing your car every third day.
It's not. Jet Black paint is simply way too finicky for me to tolerate spending 30 hours on and then be right back where I started a month later. I didn't even bother finishing the half-finished front fascia. I haven't even waxed it since I bought it.
I've been pleasantly surprised with the black diamond tri-coat; it has lots of pop as a black colour in anything but direct sunlight where all the flake then takes over. And that same flake very effectively masks like dust coating and minor spider-webbing that's just drove me nuts on previous solid black cars I've owned.
Like a linoleum kitchen floor at grandma's house.....white?
