Suspension problem until drive mode is switched...

My car's suspension will be really bumpy when I start driving and it stays the same until I change the drive mode to sport mode. Then it gets little comfortable and then if i change it back to tour mode, the suspension gets even more comfortable. But If i turn off and restart my car again, the suspension gets rough again and stays the same until i change my drive mode. Does anyone know a fix to this problem?

    Hello Roshanalexander,

Have you brought this concern up your service department at your Cadillac dealership? If not, I would suggest bringing it up to them and having someone from the dealership ride with you in your ATS so you can demonstrate the concern to them. Please let me know if you would like my assistance in setting up an appointment with the dealership. You can reach me via private message or by email at socialmedia@gm.com with “ATTN GREG” in the subject line. I hope to hear from you soon.
