I think I finally got one of the major performance companies to build an intake and hope to see product by the end of the week. The great thing about Trifecta tunes is that with data logging and email tunes I can get it the car retuned for no charge!
Novice question: did the tune hurt fuel economy? to what degree?

How do you NOT feel a ~50HP increase in almost ANY car?.. That's roughly an 18% increase overall!

lol I didn't know it was a 50HP increase, all that was stated before was that "it turned it into a much better performance car" my comment came before I found out it took half a second off the QM

Is your car an auto or a manual?

I will try and get the slips out of the car this evening, but all I am saying is that the numbers in the other lane look far more realistic as times for your stock ATS.

If you look at the picture of my car at the track in the other post you can see my numbers(NHRA lic.#) on the side window that match the time slip, also the car in front is the Mustang I raced, you can just see his 1st 2 numbers. The times depend a lot on the track elevation, weather and weight of the vehicle. I can't remember what he said his mustang weighed, but he's almost 300lbs and I'm 165!! Is your car a manual or auto?

Yeah I know, I have had the bug since I was 16. I mod it all, from the 911 C4 I owned to the BMW E60 with a V10 I just sold. I am serious about upgrading to another model as soon as I get past year 2 of my 3 year lease so I don't want to be too far into this car. I hope I like the ATS-V when it is released because I really like the size and looks of the ATS over the CTS.
Oh and, by the time my car hits 1000 miles I will tune it. I am looking forward to the added power for sure.

He's posting in two threads. Based on the other thread, I believe they both were baseline. The first one definitely is and the second seems to be also but in sport mode that time.
