    ATS performance tuning

Just a quick little note here, when the 2.0T comes out, we will already be able to tune it. We have already confirmed which ECM it uses and we can tune it. It won't be long until we've got 350+whp ATS turbo's running around!

Not surprising as the last gen Ecotecs made a ton of power in just tuning...

But will the drivetrain be able to handle it?

Which auto trans is the 2.0T getting? Has it been confirmed yet? I seriously doubt theyd underbuild the rear end anytime in the next 25 years.

As delighted as I am with ATS svelte-ness (and as much as I would like to see it even lighter) they had to trim the car EVERYWHERE. I have to believe most of the drivetrain is marginal.

Well, the diff is iron so I don't think they trimmed where it mattered...

The drivetrain can probably handle 350 HP.

Nice! And it's Trifecta tuning! They did great work on my old Cobalt SS/TC. Bolt ons should tune should get you over 300 at the wheels on these things no problem!

    350whp or CHP?

If the tremec in this thing really needs 4th to achieve 60, it's spot as a tuner's car is dramaticly tarnished, and that leaves the 6L45, which is a ho-hum automatic not used in anything with > 280HP.

    Re: ATS performance tuning

350WHP should be easily attainable on E85. Our 2.0T Solstice GXP made 366WHP and 404WTQ on E85 with no other mods, and the 2.0T in the ATS is much smoother running and should be capable of even higher.
