The Blue is an awesome color...I am actually considering trading in my Black Ice 09 CTS4 for the Blue ATS4. However, a fully loaded premium in that color is near impossible to find in NY/NJ/CT area. I hope they keep the color for the '14 model. I will be placing my order as soon as allowed!

The ATS Opulent Blue hands down has the most beautiful blue exterior paint I've ever seen on a car. Not even an Estoril, Lapis, or Deep Sea blues can compare IMO. It just blends with the curves and the accents of the ATS much better than anything else in its segment.

Were you able to factory order it that way or did the dealer just get the kit and change it when the car arrived?

The trim is part of the interior selection. The factory won't make an interior with a different trim. Trim can be purchased separately and installed later. But I believe its very common for dealers to swap trim between cars in stock to make a sale. When I was ordering mine, several dealers offered to swap trim for no charge with another car in stock. Since the brochures don't explicitly state that a particular trim comes with a particular interior, I don't think they need to do any disclosure to anyone buying the OTHER car off the lot that had the trim swapped.
When in doubt, yes, I am probably joking.

Is that what they did for you, grab the carbon fiber trim off another car and put that one into your car?
