Yep, was going to say just this. Looks identical to the cluster that was in the XT5 I drove not long ago. I'm not a fan of those dotted tracer lights around the gauges.
There are some slight changes, but what is hard to see in that pic is that there is (at least in the XT5) a bit of depth to the gauges unlike that straight flat look on the ATS. Might not seem like much, but it does make it look better IMO. I still wish they would have gone for a better redesign, but it's 1 notch above the current ATS I suppose.

I don't mind the cluster either. They could have just did the digital one. I still have the same one in my Vsport. Doesn't bother me though. But a lot of people hate it.
I had an XTS loner and the dash lay was horrible. That alone would stop me from buying and XTS. The XTS is big lumbering turd and that gets horrible gas mileage. It needs to be put to sleep like a wounded animal.
You all actually thought Cadillac would change it significantly when a redesign is in the near future? I would hold on to a true upgrade for the new compact as well.
ATS sales down 38.5 % for July year over year, going, going gone! CTS sales following suit just saying1
