Are you dead set on buying new? You can find a DAMN nice VERY lightly used '13 ATS with either the 2.0 or the 3.6 and luxury or performance trim for that price. Much much nicer car. Just my opinion. I wouldn't buy a 2.5 standard trim, but that's me.

Also does that price include the $1500 cash back?

Nope doesn't include the 1.5k cash back But doesn't that offer only work for people with 2004 or higher vehicles?

Honestly could I see the car in the next 5-6 Years with major problems costing 1k plus? In repairs?

Sure.. you could see that in any car though in 5-6 years. I don't think there is anything that would point to the car being a complete pile of fail in 5-6 years, but there isn't any long term testing really either.

Ooo you mean the turbocharged one Yeah that one was a sticker price of 38K.
If i were to get a turbocharged one for 38k
And a Base 2.5L With cue and Security package for 35k
How much should I pay for these cars? I got offered 31750 for the 35K one.

I would wait for a better deal or until end of 2014, when 2015 become available and get a better deal on 2014 model.
    I got a new 2013 2.0T premium for 34,700.

I agree with some of the others. That's an okay deal, but if you can wait, I would either buy a lightly used car (there are even used 2014s out there already), or wait for either the model year change over or December, when you can get big GM rebates in addition to getting the cars for invoice from the dealer. I bought my brand new 2013 in December for $9000 under list, for example, and others around here have gotten similar deals. You can also get a good deal on a lightly used (low miles) executive model, which I believe is what exbagboy did. Those still count as new from a warrenty perspective, so they can be really good deals.

That is what I did as well. $14,500 off sticker. 3500 miles on it. They actually had to make a run to Chicago and back with it as it only had 3000 miles on it. Once it got to 3500 GM allowed them to take another $1500 off the price.
