    Not sure if serious

In looking at Edmunds and comparing this car to the IS250 AWD, the MSRP for the Lexus is about $2k less than the Caddy, and has more options. A bit of a bummer.

I think forthcoming incentives on the 14 ATS will more than offset the msrp price difference.

Hope youre right. One thing I find a bit annoying is you seem to have to add a $3k driver assist package if you want rain sense wipers. Lame.

Try them first before you make a decision. The IS250 will be much slower, even than the 2.0t.

Not true! The rain sensing wipers are part of the driver awareness pkg that is stock on the premium trim. I don't have driver assist on my car because it's way too much money. I have driver awareness that comes with lane departure warning, rain sensing wipers and some other stuff.

The NAV is fabulous! With the new updates it works extremely well....Onstar is an expensive ripoff IMHO; the operators are dufuses especially when it comes to addresses. I'll spend more time explaining spelling of cities, etc where with a push of a button I can do it myself. The Nav screen and directions are terrific. Will not bother to renew the expensive service once it runs out! The CUE system is one of the major reasons to get the car; wouldn't have a Cadillac without it!

Oh, yeah. Also ATS, BMW, and Audi don't have LEDS and heated seats as standard features, whereas Hyundai has everything standard.

Hmm, I was pricing it out with the performance package as opposed to premium.

plus the is250 interior is ugly so is the bmw imo audi is nothing special and the exterior hasnt changed in years. ATS is the way to go. I just came from a g37 coupe. this car is more fun to drive

Don't compare an is250 to any ATS except with base 2.5 engine

Nice. A bit of redundancy I guess with packages. I'll just have to wait a month and see whats what. If I can get in a 2.0 or 3.6 AWD Premium with CUE/Nav for a payment in the low-ish $400s I will be a first time Cadillac customer.

    Re: I drive a 2010 G37

Before buying my ATS, I was looking at G35 coupes too. I am not sure how much different G35 and G37 are. But the G35 was a heavy car, and the handling wasn't good for a car of its type. Yes, the the acceleration was really good. But I wasn't impressed by the handling. The ATS is all about handling, and acceleration is not bad at all!

Don't get a 250 my man. It is painfully slow. Even if you don't care performance, you WILL miss the power if you're coming from a car as quick as a G37. Passing in traffic, trying to merge on the highway, getting somewhere in a hurry, and just all the things you take for granted in your G37 will be greatly missed. Honestly if you're main concern is features I'd stick to Infiniti. From what I've read the q50 while lacking exciting driving dynamics comes with alot of standard features, has great accelaration, and in my opinion is a great looking car (I think it looks sleeker than the G37 sedan). If your priority is driving dynamics while having a decent amount of luxury you HAVE to get an ATS. If you prioritize technology and still need a fast premium car, you'd probably be happier sticking to the q50.
