    Settings Involuntarily "Reset"

I have my default setting on the auto defogger feature set to off. For some reason it keeps resetting itself to on. I figure this out when the A/C kicks on shortly after starting the car. I then go to the settings page and see it is now on. What is the point of having settings if the car decides on its own to change them. I have noticed this happen with the voice prompt length setting as well. Anyone else notice these issues? I love the car but CUE is a big detractor from the fun factor.

This may be worth a try. Have the service department check for an internal failure in the radio. The radio acts as a processor
for the computers. I don't have CUE but I had climate control resetting to factory defaults all by itself two or three times per
month. After four visits to the dealer they tried to recalibrate the computer and couldn't. Radio was replaced and problem was
    solved.

Thanks. I'll bring this up next time I am at the dealer.
