    Atswatcher: Nice insight - it sounds like we really need someone with firsthand experience as a sales manager or the like at a dealership to answer all of our questions

    i think the main point was nicely made by AdamVIP - if you don't like the deal, don't do it. i completely agree, and shopped several cadillac dealers until i found one that i liked and took me seriously as a young buyer.
