I think that would be tough with $1000 down

Do you think 2-3k down would do it?

I think it depends on your credit mostly, but yes I think that would get you more in the ballpark.

Awesome. We'll see shortly. Luckily I can push it to $500/mo but don't want the dealer to know that

Re: Is this a decent lease?

A friend of mine leased a $53K 3.6 Premium in late January. He got $4k off (it was a demo with 4,000 miles on it), and another $1,000 for conquest, so his total was $48k. He got a NO money down (not even first payment) 39 month lease for $520/month plus tax, so what you are proposing should be doable, though I'm not sure what the incentives are now, if any.

You might be able to do it with 1k down.

I have 2.0T with a sticker of 49500 and got it for 550 a month at 15k miles a year using 1k down. You may have to come up a bit on the monthly but its not out of the ballpark or anything.

Do you guys think 569 a month for a 55k fully loaded black raven/morello 3.6 prem with 12k miles a year and 3000 trade in is fair?

I've got one dealer offering me the following deal, a $46,200 premium package ATF rear wheel drive, for $2550 down $476 a month for 36 months 12,000 miles per year

    Is that decent?

I just did a deal on a $47K and change list ATS Premium with 2.0 RWD (Auto), Moonroof and Cold Weather Package for $1700 down and $435 a month so you can definitely do better. Oh but mine was 36m / 10k miles.

The miles doesn't seem to be a big factor, they also quoted me for 10K miles and it was only about a $12 difference.

    I'm pushing back for 450 a month.

Golddogs, that seems like an amazing lease rate! Would you mind giving us some of the details? Would love to know what kind of costs and discounts you received. Where are you located?

Re: Is this a decent lease?

Sure, vehicle disc. value $49,604. Capital Cost Reduction was $6,800 (2500 down, 1500 conquest rebate, 1500 gm earnings, 800 power bonus rebate (3.6).
Capitalized cost - $43,450 minus residual of $30,960 = 12460.25 plus rent charge 1420.15 = $13,910 divided by 36 = $386 per month plus Indiana tax $27 per month for a total of $413 per month. 36 months 12k miles. I was shocked when they told me. Another dealer was quoting me $499 a month for a $46K ATS with 10k per year.

that's a phenomenal deal golddogs, good for you. I tried to get a 3.6 premium with 2500 down for 39mo and 12k and couldn't come close, but got there with a 2.0, just better lease's for the 2.0 at the time, but I would have preferred the 3.6
