The windows are powered thru a circuit breaker. Most likely you have a faulty drivers window switch. Power comes from the circuit breaKER TO THE DRIVER SWITCH, THEN OVER TO THE PASSENGER SWITCH. Sometimes yoiu can remove the switch and clean the plug. Most times the switch has to come apart and be cleaned internally. check with www.allantesource.com for a better explanation.

Do you hear the power window motor working when you press the switch? if so, you may have to check your window regulators or the arms. They brake often in these cars for some reason. We restore Allante's and a great number of them do the same. The window switches are crap so be careful when you remove them. It will cost you to get them rebuilt but it is the only way I know to get them working. Careful the ones advertise on ebay. They charge a lot and sometimes they crazy glue the parts inside the switch.
