Service Replacement Transmission Assembly

[IMG]file:///Users/jackleonard/Documents/Photo-0074.jpg[/IMG]Recently I have had the transmission in my 1990 Allante rebuilt by the good people at AAMCO transmissions. When the trans was removed I noticed this sticker attached. I curious does this sticker mean anything more than the obvious?

We call that a SRTA, it's a GM rebuilt transmission.
They come with a 3/50 warranty to the original purchaser.
If it's an Allante I think it's safe to say your warranty is expired.

You usually get a SRTA if the cost or replacing the trans is more than the cost of rebuilding the one that's in it. You can't get new ones except during early production of a new model.
