Angry 1987 Allante electrical system problem

My Allante is acting as though there is no battery in it. I know the battery is fine but everything is dead. When I turn the key, nothing happens, nothing lights up, etc. Any ideas?

It is possibly a bad connection somewhere, or blown fuses. Check all the fuses, including the rear fuse panel in front of the antenna in the trunk. What does get power? DIC? Radio? Window switches? Headlights? Horn?

Thank you. The last thing I suspected was a run down battery since I had a new one installed only 2 weeks ago. My mechanic tracked the battery drain to the top pull down motor.
