    allante ride

I love my '93 Allante but I can feel every bump in the road. An alignment shop tells me the suspension components are in order. Would upgrading the struts, springs and or other parts improve the ride quality?

The Allante has electronic controlled suspension. Have you tried pulling codes to see if the suspension system is functioning as designed?

    M0ng0, you need new struts.

Max, does the car feel too firm, or are you feeling all the bumps because it's bottoming out and/or continuously bouncing after every one? If your shocks/struts are original, they're toast. If they've been replaced fairly recently, with active ones, then it's possible the system isn't working correctly.

The ride control feature was disabled due to unavailability of replacement parts.
