    Chrome Wheels

While doing some research on the prices of 93 Allante's I came across a statement that said only the last 300 of the production run had the chrome wheels- any truth to this?

I don't think that's right. The last vin in '93 was 129311 and was builit in July of 93. My Montana Blue vin is 128572, but in May of 93 and has the chrome wheels. In fact, every Montana Blue I have ever seen has chrome wheels. Of course, that doesn't mean they all do, but they may.

Mine's 129003, July 1993, real nice chrome wheels standard. I didn't realize it was one of the last ones. Pearl Red, black top, neutral interior.

    Re: Chrome Wheels

Chrome wheels were an extra cost option in 1993 on Allante's. The digital instrument clusters were another extra cost option, as were removable hardtops. I believe those were the only three options available from the factory in 1993.
