    Left low beam out

I have an 87 with a peculiar problem. The left low beam is out and I can't figure this one out. The high beam works fine. I've changed the bulb, checked the fuses and still can't get it to work. It's there a specific circuit breaker for each light? It acts as though that it's what it could be because sometimes the low beam will come on, but more than not it is off. Anyone have any ideas.
