92 Rear Suspension Bottoms Out!
I am driving a '92 Allante with over 190,000 miles and have an issue that I had not found addressed on the forum... The rear suspension was hard hitting on most bumps when I purchased the car and thought that replacing the struts would take care of the issue. I purchased the Monroe replacements and installed on all 4 corners. Still had the issue with the rear end hitting hard whether the trunk was loaded or not. I had searched for replacement springs for the car and ordered a replacement sent of coils (silly me...) but there is no place to install them. I double checked the repair manual (should have done that before ordering) and it does only have the single leaf. Does anyone have experience with upgrading the rear suspension - replacing this monolink - or does replacing this link help? Thank you.
