Removal of Air Conditioner Compressor on Allante' - Need Advice

I need to replace the AC Compressor on my 1987 Allante'. I have the FSM which gives me the procedure to unbolt it from the car, but then how do I remove it from the engine bay? Do I need to remove the radiator and bring it out from there? Or will it drop out of the bottom? I am doing this fix this weekend, so I was trying to get the benefit of someone else's experience.

It comes out in front of the RF wheel. Just remove the splash shield under the frame rail.
