Stop Squeeking Tops

After trying numerous types of weather stripping, I finally purchased some strips of medium weight felt at OSH, cut them in 1" strips, and put them between the weather stripping on the top and frame - incredibly all squeeking stopped. This works!

you may not hear the squeaks but the expensive and no longer available weatherstrip is being worn down by the felt.

most of us use DuPont™ Krytox® on all our convertibles and SCUBA gear.

it lubricates the surfaces and protects the weatherstrip from weather and misc maladies.

No that isn't abad price! Corvette cataloques that I get show Krytox and another product on same page that they are advertising as a alternative to Krytox at half the price. Check 'em.
