phase i conversion kits

i am in the process of buying a phase 1 hard top for my 92 and would like to know if anyone can tell me the big difference in the conversion kit for $129 on the forums versus the $275 one sold on ebay.

i have purchased the hardtop and have converted my car to accept the phase 1 top.now to the paint shop.

my top is now painted and the pearl white is an almost perfect color match to the car body and now i have put it on and it looks great must now add a bit of weatherstripping around the rear of the hardtop where it meets the boot and around the fake vent window at the top where it meets the roof.

no,not yet but the top is coming off friday and be back on by saturday. i will take some pic's then and try to figure out how to post them?
