Has anyone done dual exhaust on their Allante and if so any problems? Also what kind of mileage are you'll getting?

True dual exhaust would be difficult. Legally it would require two cat converters. On my 88 I used a muffler from a 90's Pontiac TransAm. Copied the cut out from the left side transferred it to the right side under the bumper. Used chromed rectangular tips from a Z28 to match the rectangular taillights. Slight burble from exhaust at idle and a roar on accell. but no noise while cruising. Mileage better? maybe 2 mpg.

Thanks carnut I'll take 2mpg right now 18 mpg seems to be the best I can get. But it is worth it. The car is just too much fun.
