To C&C? Is that going on already? No I don't have any time this weekend. What did you have in mind?

I was thinking about paying for one and I was hoping you could bring it with you.

Thought it would be fun to also meet the person behind the radiator.

Would definitely be fun to hang out with some car guys, my boys would enjoy it too.
Almost positive we won't have the time this weekend. We could always meet up for a quick coffee or lunch sometime.

I just ordered one but I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, do not want it shipped via UPS. I have gotten stuff from them before and it has been trashed. I hear people in different areas don't have troubles with them but they are in different areas.

I have had horrible luck with them, and if it gets damaged at all, it is a real pain to file a claim with them.

Do you have another shipping method? Can I pick it up?

Haha, so no UPS?? Just kidding. Thanks for the order. I'll give you a call tomorrow or feel free to call me. I'm sure we can figure it out. Thank you.

Is this just a direct replacement to get rid of the plastic, or does this cool more efficiently?

It's a direct replacement that does both. Some of our customers have replaced the plastic radiator 3 or more times. Also, cooling capacity is improved. Since the CTS-V is designed to run hot from the factory, we recommend a thermostat change and reprogramming of the electric fans to take full advantage of the improved radiator.

Wow! even at full price that radiator is a steal!
How should the fans be reprogrammed?
What do we use to reprogram what needs to be reprogrammed?
What mileage does the factory Radiator typically fail? I would hate to be on a road trip and have the radiator pop.

The fans are programmed using a tuner to come on at earlier times. I think factory setting is around 219 degrees. Mileage varies. Some go for a long time, others have had their replacement radiators fail within a month of purchase.

    Thanks for the info.
Found my coolant reservoir empty recently, and have been smelling coolant occasionally for quite some time. I will do a heavy inspection of my stock radiator as soon as it stops snowing.
