Just wondered if anyone knows how to program the key and remote for 1998 seville and higher without using the scan tool? I dont know any other way but then to use the hand dandy scan tool. If you have anymore insight for me let me know.

As I recall, you can do it with the OBD system. But you only have like 3 keys you can program in before you have to delete keys with the Tech2.
