papa....I got a couple of phone calls from someone who said he was from the Cacillac plant where my STS was built. I told him of my "issues". He referred me to the Cadillac Customer Care line. They were pretty clueless. Seemed like the only thing they did was read from the manual. I could do that myself.
I'm at my 3rd dealer to get the VR and surround system to work as advertised. Nice people. But, the service guy seems just as clueless as all the rest. The only thing they seem to want to do is to close my "case" as quickly as possible....whether the issues are resolved, or not.
