Amen! That drives me nuts. There are many times on the busy I-5 corridor between Portland and Salem where there will be a clot of 10+ cars clogging up the left lane. Fortuantely, that stretch has three lanes, so I can usually get past them all using the far right lane. But it's just so freakin' stupid.
