This speed sensitive suspension is an option on sport models. The CCR diagnostic system stores trouble codes that can be accessed at the test connector under the drivers side dash. Have a dealer service department or other qualified automotive repair facility extract the codes."
In laymans terms this means that the ride control computer doesn't like something about your suspension.
How does your Lac ride? If it's O.K. for you, don't worry about it. If it's getting too rough you may need to replace suspension components. Don't bother going to a Lac dealership. Check some of the other threads here about aftermarket parts and how the computer system needs to be worked around. I'll be having to do the same thing before long. My rides still O.K. but not nearly as "soft" as I'd like it. It's not a priority yet so it can wait until I have some more $$$. |
