Yeah, my old service rep. was cool and always good to me, but I went to this new dealership today and the guy that's my new serive rep. is suprisngly very cool as well.... mind you this was my first visit, and I got there and meet him and said that he needs to go on a ride with me... no objections, never would happen at the old place unless they needed for me to hear something (but that would never happen since it's all normal conditions
).... and they were way too nice to me today even though they know how many times I have been in for warranty service..... even when I got my loaner the lady was like "thank you so much for waiting and have a great day!" - never would happen at the old place either..... I hope this works out for me and in the long run for them as well!!!
I'm pretty sure Koz would love to get his hands on a dealership like that, since it seems that his don't even give you a decent way to ride back home....
We'll see what happens, I will ask him about the clock thing when I got pick up my car and see what he says....
